The set screws of the pins are set with Loctite® to the specified tension that we recommend and normally do not require any adjustment. Tightening the base washer bolt is not recommended and may be difficult as the bolt is set with Loctite®; Attempting to push down on the set screw may cause the screw to loosen. We are not responsible for stripped set screw heads or loss of pins due to unauthorized handling of set screws.
