Navy Lodge Pensacola Cottages - The NASP instruction below downloads will be effective January 1, 2021. The instruction describes the management and policies for the Oak Grove and Blue Angel RV parks. Guests staying at Oak Grove Park and Blue Angel Park after a cumulative stay of 90 days must vacate all NASP RV park facilities for at least 60 days before making a new reservation. Guests can stay for a maximum of 14 days; after having to leave for at least 30 days.
Oak Grove Park is located under the Oaks along the shore of Radford Blvd. You can cool off and swim in the nearby beach. It is within walking distance of the National Naval Aviation Museum. There are 26 fully equipped cottages and 51 RV sites with full hookups. Reservations are recommended and taken during office hours. Credit cards are accepted.
Navy Lodge Pensacola Cottages
The cottages are fully furnished, including cable television and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves. Each cottage has a full bathroom. Minimum stay of two days and two weeks maximum. Reserves are taken one year in advance for active duty only. Retired military and DoD can reserve six months in advance. The six month and 12 month reservation windows are adjusted on the last working day of each month. No walk-in Reservations before 9 a.m. and no pets allowed.

RV sites can be rented daily, weekly or monthly and range from $30/day military or $32/day DoD to $34/day military to $36/day DoD depending on site location. RV overflow sites start at $24/day military or $26/day DoD.

Many of these facilities also rent beach equipment, boats, paddleboards, bicycles, games and mostly everything you need for fun and entertainment that the whole family can enjoy. Some locations have other amenities, such as snack bars, Exchange/military commissary stores, golf courses, movie theaters, and bowling alleys.

In general, these facilities are open to the entire military community: active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, dependents, eligible veterans, and DoD civilians with valid ID and access to the base. . Otter Lake is managed by Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). It has eight cabins that sleep 4 to 6 people and has a picnic table, fire pit, and BBQ grill. You can rent canoes/kayaks, standup paddle boards, row boats, sailboats and pedal boats. The cabins are located in JBER, so you have all the facilities that a military post has to offer.
The Lake Martinez Recreation Facility is located on the Colorado River and is an MCCS Yuma activity. Their 13 individual units include cabins, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, and "park models" for up to 4 guests. This beautiful lakeside recreation area offers many outdoor activities, including boat rentals, swimming, fishing and hiking.
Pensacola Beach Vacation Rentals
NAS North Island (NASNI) offers 20 2 bedroom cottages, located right on NASNI's Breakers Beach. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay on the beach, each unit has its own BBQ grill and beach chairs. While staying at NASNI, cottage guests can take advantage of the wonderful on-site fitness center, with its giant outdoor pool, and the beautiful Sea 'n golf course Air!
Camp Pendleton cottages are available in two places: San Onofre Beach, at the north end of Camp Pendleton, and Del Mar Beach, at the south end. Both sets of San Diego beach cottages are open year-round and offer beach equipment rentals and laundry facilities.
Del Mar Beach has the typical 1-bedroom cottage on the sea and a smaller number of 1- and 2-bedroom marina view cottages, but all are just steps from the beach. The Del Mar cottages have the same amenities as the San Onofre cottages with the addition of a BBQ grill or firepit.
San Onofre beach has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages. All cottages have an eat-in kitchen, living room, and patio with seating. The cottages have beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and beach access.
Oak Grove Park Campground
The US Coast Guard Station Marathon in the Florida Keys has four one-bedroom cottages located directly on the water. Each cottage is fully equipped with a full kitchen, and guests can rent boats, bicycles, fishing equipment, and other equipment from the base.
The facility is part of Maxwell Air Force Base and has 24 bungalows on Choctawhatchee Bay in Niceville, Florida. The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom bungalows are fully furnished and have kitchens. Guests must provide their own linen and towels.
Blue Angel Park operated by NAS Pensacola MWR, is located in the westernmost part of Florida in Perdido Bay. The park has seven cabins, including boat rentals, sailing lessons and other outdoor recreation activities.
This recreation facility, also operated by Pensacola MWR, has 26 1 and 2 bedroom cottages on Pensacola Beach. While you're there, rent standup paddleboards, kayaks, and sailboats from nearby Bayou Grande Marina at NAS Pensacola!

This Army resort is located on Clarks Hill Lake in Appling, Georgia. A Fort Gordon affair, the resort offers six 3-bedroom cabins and two 2-bedroom cabins, all of which have one bathroom. Pointes West also has five 2 bedroom 2 bath cottages, which are more spacious and have two floors. All units are fully furnished and overlook the lake, with large decks and patio furniture.
While at the resort, you can rent beach and outdoor equipment, including canoes, kayaks, and pontoon boats.
This Navy MWR facility on the shores of Lake Altoona is only 30 minutes north of Atlanta, but a world away! They have 13 fully furnished cabins, plus a marina where you can rent boats and other water sports equipment.
The B.O.A.R. Grafenwoehr cabins located on Dickhaeuter Lake. The 2 and 3 bedroom cabins are surrounded by spectacular Bavarian scenery, and the facility offers tons of outdoor activities. They also offer rentals, such as water sports and ski equipment, boats, and bicycles.
Oak Grove Park
These cottages are located in the Pacific Missile Range Facility and are part of Kauai's only military resort. Twelve of the cottages are ocean front, and the other 12 are ocean view. All equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation or adventures exploring Kauai!
These cottages, located directly on the beach in Southwest Oahu, are perfect for a surfing vacation! The White Plains and Nimitz Beach cottages have two or three bedrooms and all the basic amenities, including a washer/dryer in each unit. Rent kayaks, surfboards, or any beach gear you need from the White Plains Beach Surf Shack, and while you're there, take a private surf lesson!
Located at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), these beach cottages overlook the stunning Kaneohe Bay on the east side of Oahu. All cottages are complete with two bedrooms and daily maid service.

Located in the northern part of Okinawa, this military resort is located on the East China Sea side of the island. They offer a wide variety of cottages, cabins and other self-contained units, including a hotel-style facility. Other resort-style amenities include diving and snorkeling trips and glass-bottom boat tours.
Tama Hills is located in a beautiful closed area of 250 hectares about 45 minutes from the Yokota Air Base and a little more than an hour from the Yokosuka Naval Base. It has 11 cabins (1, 2 and 4 bedroom units) and a lodge with hotel rooms. The facility offers horseback riding, golf, and a variety of outdoor equipment rentals, along with several restaurants.
This beach recreation area, operated by Hanscom AFB, is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean and offers great views of the beautiful Massachusetts coastline. There are a total of 15 2 and 3 bedroom cottages and chalets. The facility offers outdoor gear rentals, including fishing rods, canoes and kayaks, and surfing is available at this location.
